Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Tiny Tennis Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your participation in our tennis programs, classes, camps, lessons, and events (collectively, the “Programs”). By using this website, registering a child, or participating in a Program, you (“you,” “parent,” or “guardian”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Programs & Services
Tiny Tennis Academy provides youth tennis coaching, including group classes, private and semi-private lessons, clinics, and seasonal programs across the Los Angeles area. Program content, schedules, coaches, locations, age groupings, and pricing may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to place a participant in the level or group we believe is most appropriate for their age, ability, and safety.
2. Registration & Enrollment
A child must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it up to date. Enrollment is confirmed only once we accept your registration and, where applicable, payment is received. Space in any Program is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Program fees (for example, $360 per 8-week session) are due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Fees are per participant and cover only the specific Program registered for. Equipment, apparel, tournament entries, and other extras are not included unless expressly stated.
- Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once a session has begun. Refund or credit requests made before a session starts are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for classes missed due to a participant’s absence, except as described in Section 4.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Weather
We make reasonable efforts to hold all scheduled classes. Classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather, unsafe court conditions, low enrollment, coach availability, or circumstances beyond our control. When Tiny Tennis Academy cancels a class, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a make-up class or credit. Make-up classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Please notify us as far in advance as possible if your child will miss a class.
5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Tennis and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, contact with equipment or balls, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, heat-related illness, and other injuries. By enrolling a child and permitting participation, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of yourself and your child.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Tiny Tennis Academy, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising out of or related to participation in the Programs, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. This release does not waive any rights that cannot be waived under applicable California law.
6. Health, Medical & Emergency Care
You represent that your child is physically able to participate in tennis activities. You agree to disclose any medical condition, allergy, injury, or limitation relevant to safe participation. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, you authorize Tiny Tennis Academy staff to seek and obtain emergency medical care for your child, and you accept responsibility for any resulting costs. Tiny Tennis Academy does not provide medical or accident insurance for participants.
7. Parent/Guardian Responsibility & Code of Conduct
Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s drop-off, pick-up, and supervision outside of scheduled class time. We ask that participants, parents, and guardians treat coaches, staff, other families, and facilities with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a Program, without refund, for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others.
8. Photo & Media Release
From time to time we may photograph or record classes, events, and participants for promotional purposes, including our website and social media. By participating, you grant Tiny Tennis Academy permission to use such images and recordings without compensation. If you prefer that your child not be photographed or featured, please notify us in writing at admin@tiny10s.com and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This website and our Programs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Tennis Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the Programs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us for the applicable Program.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Tennis Academy and its owners, coaches, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your or your child’s participation in the Programs or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, or the Programs will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
